Our time together

It's never quite easy to spend time alone as a couple once you've had a kid. But it's not impossible, and it requires planning & effort.

I've just spent the past hour sitting at the dining table with the husband talking, reading, laughing, drinking, eating, playing games, surfing... (not that both of us did all of that but we did them all between the two of us)

& though I'm sleepy (& was sleepy half hour ago), I'm happy that I stayed up to be with him.

And now it's good night - we have a full day tomorrow. Praying for good weather please!
