Easter

I'm not religious, but I'm quite open for the kids to celebrate any occasion they fancy. And since they go to a Christian school, they have been exposed to hymns, prayers, and Easter is one such big occasion.

After the long weekend, they both came home bearing little chocolate egg holders.

Over the long weekend, my girlfriends organised an egg-hunt/easter-egg painting session which I happily joined in.

Egg-painting fun

The egg hunt was quite fun and funny. The adults helped hide the eggs, while we released the children to start their hunt in two parts - those 6 and below get to go 2 minutes before those older children.

Not only did they have to hunt as many eggs as they could, they also needed to form the word B-U-N-N-Y (there were alphabet stickers stuck on the eggs).

It was a fun playdate! Everyone loves long weekends, hooray!
