On 1 December, we headed to Wooloomooloo for a decadent dinner. It wasn't so much that we planned to have dinner on the 1st, but it felt apt that we did and it seemed lovely to welcome the happiest month of the year with this family indulgence.
We had more than enough food that our tummies could hold, good wine to savour, and the kids were just happy with their french fries. It truly felt like festive fanfare and I'm reminded of how blessed I am to have a lovely family.

I'm also reminded of how we indulged in a beefy dinner last year, when we visited Ruth's Steakhouse. It was our first time trying out that place and it was quite an experience.

Looking at the pics, it's funny how we were pretty colour co-ordinated. All in prints last year, and in classic black & blue this year.
